Then stay subscribed to all the addons, but disable all of them. There is a menu replacer - it's NOT an addon - but you can download it from Steam, and be careful, but it would allow you to enable or disable whole sets of addons by tags you make up. Logically, you could unsubscribe from all addons, and then slowly turn them back on by subbing in and testing one at a time. If that's true, then you either have so many addons loaded that the game is going crazy, or the addons are conflicting with each other, or some parts of things you would never expect - like maps or player models or weapon scripts (sweps) are overwriting or damaging something that the game needs to work correctly.

Starting with this assumption: that if you unsubscribed from all addons, and uninstalled the game, then reinstalled it clean from Steam, and had no downloads/addons - NO ADDONS - and you're just playing sandbox mode, that the game works fine? (Assuming the server hasn't blacklisted you or your own firewall and network aren't a problem, that your computer is fine, etc, and that it's just an 'addon' problem) Your text is clear: your addons aren't working, you can't connect to your favorite server, and no matter what you do, you are fubar.
